App Policy

1. About the App Policy... helllllo

This App Policy applies to the use of the Vocabulary Booster mobile application. This policy outlines the rules regarding learning vocabulary, using Free Access, acquiring Premium/Lifetime Access, and utilizing various features within the app.

By using the app or purchasing Premium Access, you agree to the terms of this App Policy.

2. Free Access

After downloading the Vocabulary Booster app, users can access and learn a specific number of vocabulary items for free.

Currently, up to 50 vocabulary items are accessible under Free Access. Purchasing a Premium Membership is not required to use this Free Access.

3. Premium / Lifetime Access

Purchasing Premium Access grants users access to applicable Premium Content and features in the Vocabulary Booster app.

Lifetime Access is provided through a one-time payment for Premium Access.

Here, "Lifetime Access" does not refer to the user's personal lifetime. It signifies access that remains valid for as long as the relevant Vocabulary Booster app or service remains operational and maintainable.

4. Account and Access

Premium Access is tied to a specific user account. A user may access the app authoritatively using their own account.

Premium Access cannot be transferred, resold, or shared with any other person.

A purchased account can be used on a maximum of 2 devices.

5. Account Sharing and Unauthorized Use

Sharing a Premium Account with multiple individuals, allowing others to use the account, copying or redistributing paid content, or any form of unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

If unusual device activity, account sharing, unauthorized access, misuse of paid content, or any other access abuse is detected, Vocabulary Booster reserves the right to temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate the account or Premium Access as necessary.

6. App Content and Features

All vocabulary, meanings, pronunciations, audio, images, examples, learning materials, videos, and other educational materials in the Vocabulary Booster app are owned by or licensed to Vocabulary Booster.

No portion of the app's content or features may be copied, recorded, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, resold, or used commercially without explicit permission.

7. Pronunciation and Educational Content

Pronunciations, meanings, examples, and other learning materials in Vocabulary Booster are provided solely as aids for learning English.

The app's educational content does not guarantee specific results in any exam, job recruitment, IELTS, TOEFL, or other tests.

8. App Updates and Feature Changes

Vocabulary Booster reserves the right to modify, enhance, add, or remove content, features, design, learning systems, user interfaces, or technical systems as needed.

Changes or removals of features may occur based on technical requirements, security considerations, content licensing, or general service improvements.

9. App Availability

Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the Vocabulary Booster app operational and accessible. However, temporary unavailability of certain features or the entire service may occur due to scheduled maintenance, server issues, technical errors, network interruptions, security issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.

In such cases, Vocabulary Booster will strive to restore service as quickly as possible.

10. Payment and Premium Activation

Upon successful completion of the payment for Premium Access, access will be activated on the user's account.

If any technical issues occur during payment, users can reach out to Vocabulary Booster Support.

Verification of transactions using necessary payment details may be required in cases of payment or activation issues.

11. Refund Policy

Premium Access in the Vocabulary Booster app is delivered immediately as a digital product, and users have the opportunity to test a portion of the app via Free Access prior to purchase.

Consequently, refunds are generally not provided for Premium Access once payment and activation are successfully completed.

However, if Premium Access fails to activate after a successful payment, duplicate payments occur, or serious technical issues arise due to faults on Vocabulary Booster's end, the matter will be investigated, and access restoration, correction, or a refund may be processed as appropriate.

12. Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials. Users are strongly advised not to share their passwords or login details with anyone.

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify Vocabulary Booster Support immediately.

13. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the app:

  • Using another person's account without permission
  • Sharing or reselling Premium Access
  • Copying or redistributing app content
  • Attempting to compromise the app's security or technical systems
  • Running automated tools or engaging in malicious activities
  • Creating unauthorized commercial products or services using app content
  • Engaging in illegal activities that could harm Vocabulary Booster's service, reputation, or brand

14. Account Suspension or Termination

Vocabulary Booster reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or access in cases of App Policy or Terms & Conditions violations, account sharing, unauthorized access, content piracy, fraudulent activity, or other serious abuse.

Where applicable, the user may be notified of the underlying reasons.

15. Privacy

To learn more about how user account details and personal data are collected, used, stored, and protected during the use of the Vocabulary Booster app, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

16. Other Policies

Alongside this App Policy, Vocabulary Booster's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy remain effective where applicable.

In the event of any discrepancies among these policies, the specific policy governing the particular subject matter will prevail.

17. Changes to the App Policy

Vocabulary Booster reserves the right to amend, update, or revise this App Policy as needed.

The updated policy becomes effective immediately upon publication on the website or within the app. Users may be notified of significant changes where appropriate.
