Welcome to Vocabulary Booster.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Purpose of the Application
   Vocabulary Booster is an educational application designed to help users improve their English vocabulary through meanings, pronunciation, IPA, example sentences, synonyms, antonyms, CEFR levels, images, videos, and other learning resources.

2. Free and Premium Content
   The application is free to download.
   Some vocabulary lessons and features are available free of charge. Access to the complete learning content requires a one-time purchase.
   After a successful purchase, the user will receive access to the premium content for as long as the application and the purchased service remain available. No recurring subscription is required.

3. User Responsibilities
   You agree to:
   Use the application only for lawful and personal educational purposes.
   Not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the application without prior written permission.
   Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the application's functionality or security.

4. Intellectual Property
   All application content, including but not limited to the name, logo, design, software, graphics, interface, and original educational materials, is the intellectual property of Vocabulary Booster unless otherwise stated.
   Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

5. Educational Content
   We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date educational content. However, we do not guarantee that all information is completely accurate, complete, or error-free.
   Vocabulary Booster is intended as a learning aid and should not be considered an official academic or professional reference.

6. Payments
   Premium content is unlocked through a one-time purchase processed by Google Play or another authorized payment provider.
   All payments, refunds, and billing matters are subject to the policies of the respective payment platform.

7. Third-Party Services
   The application may use third-party services such as Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Firebase, Analytics, or other trusted providers.
   These services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

8. Advertisements
   The free version of the application may display advertisements.
   Vocabulary Booster is not responsible for the content or services provided by third-party advertisers.

9. Updates
   We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue any feature of the application at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability
    Vocabulary Booster shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

11. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

    These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
    Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
